Star works to a timetable of 15 working days. Day 1 is the date your scrap is collected or shipped from your premises. Refining is completed on Day 5 and samples sent to the independent assay office, with assay results returned to Star by Day 10. The assay is audited by Star and the assay report and payment are sent out to the client no later than Day 15. We won't keep you waiting for your payment!
